GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Kryta’s business is built on close and long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. We strive to be regarded as a trustworthy, reliable and long-term partner. This is why integrity and ethical conduct are essential to us. Kryta must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and chooses to work only with suppliers who share our principles. Our principles are based on the guidelines of the UN Global Compact.
HUMAN RIGHTS
All individuals who work directly or indirectly for Kryta are entitled to have their fundamental human rights respected in accordance with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Employment conditions - including salary and working hours - must at minimum comply with national legislation and applicable collective agreements. All employees must receive written employment contracts and be informed about their terms. Wages, working hours and conditions must be fair and reasonable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We strive to be a respected employer and work continuously to improve health and safety in the workplace. We must ensure a good working environment from a physical, psychological and social perspective and aim to be an attractive employer.
Necessary safety measures and relevant information must be provided.
Relations within the workplace must be based on mutual respect. As a minimum, we comply with national health and safety laws and with the health and safety requirements stipulated in relevant agreements and/or collective bargaining agreements.
CHILD LABOUR
Our guidelines follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the ILO Convention on Minimum Age for Employment, and the ILO Convention on the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour.
DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES
Employees must be treated with respect and dignity. No employee may, under any circumstances, be subjected to corporal punishment or any form of physical, sexual or psychological abuse, harassment or coercion. Wage deductions may not be used as a disciplinary measure unless allowed under collective agreements or required by law.
FREEDOM OF ASSCOCIATION
Employees must have the freedom to exercise their legal right to join, form or support organisations that represent their interests as workers.
Equality, Diversity and Non-Discrimination
We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. Kryta employees must have equal opportunities for development regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
Where wage differences exist between men and women performing the same work, we must actively work to eliminate them.
FORCED LABOUR
We do not accept forced, involuntary or unpaid labour of any kind. This includes agreements made under coercive conditions or the use of illegal labour.
We also reject any practices that restrict an employee’s freedom of movement. No one may be forced to work against their will.
POLICITAL ENGAGEMENT
We remain politically neutral. The Kryta name may not be used to promote political parties or candidates.
BUSINESS ETHICS
Anti-Corruption
We do not accept corruption, bribery or any form of anti-competitive conduct. Procurement, sales and marketing of our products must be conducted professionally and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Conditions for discounts, commissions and bonuses must be reasonable and documented in writing.
We must not offer or provide any payment or benefit to influence a business decision, nor may we directly or indirectly request or accept such benefits.
CONFLICT AREAS
We must ensure that none of our business activities support warfare, conflict, drug trafficking or human trafficking in any way. This also includes avoiding the use of conflict minerals.
KRYTA'S PROPERTY AND RESOURCES
We respect the assets of other companies and protect our own material and immaterial assets from loss, theft, unauthorised access and misuse. Kryta’s property and resources may not be used for personal gain, fraudulent activity or any other improper purpose.
CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
We aim to offer products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Our relationships with business partners must be based on sound commercial practice, high ethical standards and clear, fair agreements.
IMPARTIALITY AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Kryta’s business decisions must be impartial and made solely in the interest of the company, without regard to personal relationships or advantages. Conflicts of interest between employees and the company must be avoided. Employees must not engage in activities that conflict with the interests of Kryta or the group.
FAIR COMPETITION
We support fair and free competition in all parts of our business.
Price-fixing, market sharing, limiting innovation, exchanging trade secrets or any other anti-competitive behaviour is not permitted.
Kryta employees may not discuss market division, pricing or other conditions with competitors.
If a competition authority conducts an unannounced inspection, employees must cooperate fully and may not hinder the process in any way.
ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING
All financial transactions must be recorded and reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Communication
We maintain open dialogue with all partners. We respond to external inquiries and communicate efficiently with relevant stakeholders.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Kryta works actively to reduce its direct and indirect environmental impact. Environmental considerations must be included in all significant decisions, with the aim of creating long-term value for customers, employees, shareholders and society as a whole.
TAX COMPLIANCE
Kryta complies with all applicable tax legislation and tax regulations in every country where we operate.
APPLICATION AND COMPLIANCE
Application of the Code of Conduct
All employees must comply with the Code of Conduct.
The CEO of Kryta is responsible for implementing the Code, informing employees of their rights and obligations, and ensuring compliance.
Kryta requires all suppliers to adhere to this Code of Conduct or document their own code of conduct with equivalent standards.
COMPLIANCE
Each employee is responsible for reporting any suspected fraud or criminal activity.
Confirmed violations of our Code of Conduct will result in immediate disciplinary action — including dismissal and/or legal action in serious cases.
Employees are encouraged to report concerns that may conflict with Kryta’s Code of Conduct to their immediate manager or to the Board.
